  My wife bought goods from his shop in good faith under advice from the owner. We found the exact same product online so we took back the product and asked why his price was so high and that they were they cheaper online. His reply was that they were not the same product and we were looking at cheaper version (albeit from the same manufacturer!). Not feeling right about it we ordered the product online to compare. Exactly the same in every detail. Returned to get money back and he said he would only give a credit note or exchange. I just feel sorry for my wife who feels her lack of knowledge was taken advantage of. To exaggerate the quality of a product to make a sale is misselling. Im normally in favour of supporting a local business but avoid this shop and do your research before you purchase anything.
